Peaking a head to see if our relationship with Rockwell is worth moving forward

Seeing Siemen, Mitsubishi and other automation companies I was not feeling too excited for Rockwell's financial documents. So, worrying that I was wasting my time on a dud I decided to peek at the balance sheet. Despite all the doom and gloom at a quick glance I can see that they do not have any huge liabilities that are jumping out at me.

I have not gotten to the point where I can look at a balance sheet and immediately pass judgement but I highlighted some key areas that have concerns in.
