Do They Have A Competitive Advantage?

Twilio's business is based around its API platform which offers a robust set of services for communications (SMS, phone calls, etc), identity verification, and more recently customer data through the acquisition of Segment. As a software developer myself, I have used Twilio on a number of projects and still find it to be the most robust and dependable CaaS (communication as a service) platform available. Twilio has also shown consistent evolution and adoption of new technology and has a strong advantage in the AI customer service space.
