Progressive why not Aspen

I ran into this company awhile back and remembered it when someone mentioned progressive. Aspen Insurance is a company that specializes in corporate risk management typically people with a lot of money or have high liability areas of operations. I made a killing on this prior to them being acquired by SOMPO. The question I want to answer now is is this worth a second look?
