Kohl's CEO fired, stock is up

I don't understand this one. The CEO of Kohl's was fired today and the response so far is that the stock has gone up by about 9%!

Wouldn't a normal response to losing leadership in a company be fear and uncertainty? Is it simply the case that the market thinks that Kohl's is better off with a different CEO?
