The qualitative moat

Robinhood qualitative moat in my opinion is its ease of use, However you could argue it other moat is its innovation of being the first 0 commission brokerage app, something competitors like Scwabb and Fidelity had to copy. Of course we have to include Robinhoods money from options contracts, but I think the UI design and its approach of simplifying investing to newcomers. Its important to remember that Robinhood is targeting a customer base that likely haven't even heard of an index fund or know exactly how bonds work.
