Qualitative moat

So I think Schwab has an easy brand moat because as a savings and loan company Schwab is associated with high-quality service and has a history of being an innovator is stock brokerage services. i say history because I'm not sure if they would currently hold an innovation moat but the company holds a great track record none the less. Schwab was the first brokerage service to offer online trading and before then when stock brokers were de regulated they were the first to offer the discount brokerage model but cutting fees in half and paying their brokers an hourly salary rather than with commission. Schwab has an amazing record of innovation and quality which I will be happy to get into when I talk about their former and current leadership. For now Ill give them a brand moat.
