Average annual growth over the last decade

The year over year change figures 3 out of 4 of these values are quite volatile. To adjust for that i took the 2014 value and 2024 value, then used an annualized ROI calculator to get the average change over the decade.

For Revenue this is the one figure that has a steady increase year over year, at approximately 10% from just glancing. When i calculated using the final values and initial values it averaged out to 9.41% annual growth rate.

Net income was one of the ones that was a bit confusing to look at year over year. Some years had big decreases, some years had big increases. I am not sure what caused that as of this moment but it looks like 2020 (Covid) played a major part in that which makes sense being that this is the healthcare industry. Averaged annual growth rate for Net Income from 2014 to 2024 is 18.61%.

Total equity does not look good on the surface. How they went from positive 3 billion dollars to negative 1 billion dollars in 2 years (again 2020) needs further investigation. They never have reached the 3 billion mark and currently sit at 645 million. Using the final and initial values given this averages out to an annual -10.52% over the decade.

Finally free cash flow. Free cash flow is again one that is not clear year over year but over the decade has had positive growth. It has been higher at some points in the decade than it currently sits in 2024. With that being said it still has averaged and annualized growth of 9.6% over the decade.

3 of the 4 metrics are either right on target at almost 10% growth, with one well above at 18%. The last is the exact opposite with a negative growth rate of 10 percent.
