My reason for giving attention to sony in this regard is because it seems to be one of the view businesses in this market that is not ridiculously overpriced. When entered into the DCF calculator, accounting for eps, Sony is actually undervalued at 28 dollars per share. So thats what peeked my interest. Sony's business can be summarized in a few divisions which are; Games and network services (playstation), music, pictures (movie and television), entertainment and technology services, imaging and sensing solutions (basically research and development of CMOS sensors which are used in smartphones, and lastly financial services like life insurance. This also include the manufacture of disks like bluray for movies and tv shows.
