How Do They Make Money?

Cava generates revenue through a few channels (some of which I just found out from reading their annual report!): 1 - Company-owned restaurants: This is a significant portion of their revenue (obviously) 2 - Franchise royalty and fees: Franchisees can open a Cava restaurant and pay fees for the brand name, recipes, and operating systems 3 - Online and Catering Services: This is a relatively new (and growing!) source of revenue and was something I was not aware of before reading their 10-K. 4 - Retail products - Cava has a wide range of dips, spreads, and dressings sold in retail stores
