10 cap evaluation

So after doing some math and subtracting the capex from the operating cashflow and dividing it but the market capitalization I've determined the caprate for Charles Schwab is 10.13%. Keep in mind I used the capex and operating cashflow trailing 12 months. This also doesn't account for potential future growth.
