Docusign Stock Pops After Earnings Beat

Docusign recently beat on their most recent earnings

and announced a $2B buyback program

But the stock has been beaten down pretty badly, it's down ~44% in the past year.

(I've been looking for a good beatup software company since the software selloff... is this the one?)

Quick summary:

  • Total revenue increased 8% yoy

  • Gross margin is holding (79.7% vs 79.4)

The company became profitable around 2023

And they have been STACKING on FCF... 39% 5-year CAGR!

P/E is a bit high, at around 30-40x earnings (currently 31.50)

Revenue has begun to taper off

But all in all I'm interested to learn more on this business - adding it to my research queue!
