CFO Resigns for “Other Opportunities”

So it looks like Luminar is further wavering as their CFO is resigning and they’re cutting jobs ~25%. Seems pretty grim overall but…

I was just wondering how you guys see this sort of situation? Because, Austin Russell, the founder of Luminar has been considering a buyout; but does that mean he’ll buy it on the public market, or wait for bankruptcy?
