The Leadership

One thing I like about the leadership of Robinhood, is how Vlad Tenev is wise enough to surround himself with people who have more expertise than he does in the other areas of relevance to running an investment app. For example, The chief technology officer Jeffery Pinner once worked as a systems engineer at NASA. The CFO, Jason Warnick, spent 20 years as VP of finance at Amazon and worked with Amazons CFO. Vlad Tenev himself has an Bachelors in Math from Stanford but also is a visionary when it comes to Robinhoods direction. I feel with the team hes assembled, Robinhood will become more reliable as a financial platform in the future.
