Kohls to start offering $10-$15 Kohl's Cash to new Rewards signups

I can't find the post, its possibly been deleted, but some employees were discussing testers at their stores for a $10 or $15 Kohl's Cash bonus in order to drive Kohl's Rewards (free account, not the Credit Card) signups. Sounds like it would make it easier for the employees to pitch it to customers at the register + drive return sales.
