A few months ago I posted about Austin Russell stepping down as CEO of Luminar. The stock has continued to crater, though the investor community on Reddit has remained steadfast.

Here are some snippets from a conversation they had with the New CEO Paul Ricci, who stepped up from the Board of Directors, after retiring from CEO of Nuance Communications an AI speech recognition firm in 2018, and $19.7 billion acquisition by Microsoft in March 2022.
