Qualitative Moat = Networking Effect

Tempus AI's moat is a work in progress and closely tied to their growth strategy. Their goals for a large multimodal data platform could provide them with a networking moat.

"Tempus set out to build proprietary technology to implement Intelligent Diagnostics and to facilitate access to, and use of, the resulting datasets. The Tempus Platform connects multiple stakeholders within the larger healthcare ecosystem and provides both the technical infrastructure for what we consider to be one of the world’s largest libraries of matched clinical and molecular data, and an operating system to make that information useful. Our Platform is end-to-end and vertically integrated. If the Tempus platform could be scaled such that the availability & convenience to the healthcare services [customers] becomes a competitive advantage.

This moat seems to be a work in progress as I could not find any evidence their Tempus Platform is securing wins purely by networking dominance = moat TBD.
