Based on the real estate velocity that I’m seeing in my own corner of the world, this seems completely believable.

For the sake of my generation, I really hope that realistic prices plummet in the next 10 years.

And if you’re a boomer worried about your nest egg losing value, or some other form of NIMBY-ism: fuck you.
