OPEN Turnaround Continues

I’ve been following OPEN’s turnaround story since the summer and it’s been fun to follow along.

While some consider this another meme-stock others are saying the new leadership is destined for success and the company is severely underpriced, specifically prominent tech investor and hedge fund manage Eric Jackson claiming the intrinsic value of the company is 82/share. One of the biggest things the new leadership has discussed was the companies utilization of AI. Opendoor CEO, Kaz Nejatian just posted on X the a surprising result of the companies shift into AI (pictured below)

I didn’t realize how limited Opendoor was in ZIP codes where they could purchase homes. If you’re an OPEN shareholder this has to make you pretty happy right now as they are clearly making some big moves in the right direction. It will be fun to continue to watch this company evolve.
