What's Their Growth Strategy?

So Robinhoods growth strategy was broadly covered in my earlier post but Ill go into more depth with this post. In the investor relations pdf I ready they plan on diverisfying their revenue streams in a multitude of ways which include but are nor limited to the following: Bitstamp (basically a crypto exchange), TradePMR (basically from what I can tell a trade custodian firm, which if they did this, this would help Robinhoods image as being something other than an options gambling app), prediction markets (regular gambling), a credit card (horrifying but lucrative), and futures. Their revenue took a dip in 2022 as people fell off the site due to the pandemic lightening up but quickly began to rebound since then. For example their revenue in general went from 1.3 billion in 2022 to about 3.5 billion in Q,2 of 2025. It should also be noted that Vlad Tenev has been interviews really using the idea of tokenization, which from what I can tell is tokenizing real assets on blockchain that arent just meme coins. Basically trading more useful assets on block chain which explains why Robinhood wants to partner with a trusted crypto exchange like Bitstamp. My feelings on this are mixed, on the one hand its great to hear that blockchain might be used for trading something other than pepe coin. On the other hand crypto is basically the wild west and scammers abound everywhere. Either way I can see this as a profitable endeavor for Robinhood in the future.
