This one gets me I am pretty sure this is $UNH`s income statement. However, it is called

"CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED STATEMENTS OF OPERATIONS" Sounds fascinating.

Not quite done digging yet but here is what we have they have costs but no parentheses ? My gut is telling me this is something else.
