• Adobe plans to continue integrating their data sharing experience within their cloud service. The cloud services in my opinion justifies the software as a service model. They plan to do things like allow merchants to use user data for marketing an integration purposes to enhance the user experience. For example making easier to share movie projects or enhancing B2B storefront development.

• They also plan on using real time data integration for personalization of their software use. Among other things they are promising an Ai enabled merchant experience which should help merchants manage catalogs easier.

• All in all they seem to have a thorough plan for improving user experience and integrating AI into their platform.
