Microsofts slow decline?

Has anyone been looking into the features of windows and how they increased spying on people over time?

I'm currently looking more deeply into some problematic tech things, AI development stuff, chip development and company behavior.
From my perspective and what I read, they are slowly degrading their user-base over time. Not something I like to see as a value investor.

Maybe someone with more technology knowledge here to discuss and do research?
