Bitcoin Treasury Strategy?

There’s some really shady things happening in the background I feel. I was curious why this stock (a healthcare business centered around reducing opioid dependence and addiction) jumped so much. It turns out they are being (basically) hijacked and turned into a miniature Microstrategy? The “plan” seems to be some sort of private equity -like scheme where they use existing assets as leverage to pile into Bitcoin? If I’m wrong someone please clarify.
