What's Their Growth Strategy?

I'm looking close at this company now. The biggest thing I need to figure out is what their growth strategy is.

I think that's what has held up me taking a position (despite writing analysis on Uber six months ago).

Growth prospects just off current business:

• "Less than 10% of over-18s in the US use its ride hailing service each month

• Mobility segment increased 25% YOY, and delivery grew 21% YOY. This growth could continue, given the above stat

Autonomous Vehicles:

• Shifted focus away from developing their own in-house AV tech (brilliant idea, Dara)

• Multiple partnerships now

  • Waymo x Uber exclusive partnership in Austin

  • NVIDIA x Uber to supply training data.. still figuring out how this helps with revenue

  • Nvidia x WeRide collaboration to launch AVs in Abu Dhabi
