Overall growth

Id say Sony's overall growth is healthy. Why its revenue shrank by about .5%, its net income increased by 17 percent this year. It should also be noted Sony's free cashflow increased by 120 percent this year and increased over 300% last year. The company seems to be able to maintain a semi regular growth rate of 10% give or take.
