GQ Interview with the Elusive RJ Scaringe

I’ve felt really good about the CEO of Rivian and I think he has a great balance of passionate vigor and compassionate management. This gives me a sense that that he’s been and will (hopefully) continue to be the right guy for the role of founder and CEO of Rivian Automative.

He’s outwardly likable, well-spoken, detail-oriented, optimistic, but also devoutly-focused on where he believes Rivian should be in the game.

Not to mention he’s got the heroic complexion (looks) of a Clark Kent (Superman).
