Is The Business Growing?

Fastenal has consistent, but unexciting growth in revenue and net income. Values are consistently positive, but in the 6-9% range, rather than 10% or greater, which is what I would normally look for. This is a yellow flag for me, but not a deal breaker. I think that a bet on this company's growth would require a bet on the increase in US manufacturing base.
