Business software never goes away

Sap and other business software companies are getting hit hard. AI they say will replace them unfortunately, it is people who have never ran a business saying this. I am good friends with a business owner who competes with SAP and the overall business is great. They are getting more customers and the customers are long term since they do not want to change their billing and central management system. Now will this be a case of publicly traded companies being pushed out of the market and private businesses take over? Not sure but I do know Epic is private and my friends business is also private. Some businesses trade well others maybe not.
