I'm currently doing deep research on the leadership of ASML. Somehow I came across this wonderful and interesting company named Mondragon (you can't buy stock in it) but it has some interesting structures and organization principles, which you can learn a lot from I think. I got that as a inspiration to expand some old Fisher ideas and use it to analyze people relation in other companies and their use of democratic structures and decision making. How they deal with their employees, how they organize rights to decide inside the company and how that might benefit business and helps in times of economic distress.
